It isn't clear to me whether Hunter was in fact on stage for all of these. He plays and sings only one or two (sometimes a few more) songs in the sets but it isn't evident how far he contributes to the other songs played.

It is, though, sometimes listed as "Thought Dream" on Dinosaur setlists.
